Note: Any guinnea pig may be entered in 2 sections at the show, judged by different standards., E.i, Purebreed + childrens pets or Purebreed + group. One animal may not be entered entered in Pet Class and Childrens Pet Class due to the two classes being judged by the same standard.

Arrival and Checking In: Friday from 19-21 and Saturday from 7:30-9-00
All cavies must be checked in also those under transit.
Norwegian rules for check in will apply.

Outline of plan for the show:
Friday 4.sept: 19:00 - 21:00 Check in
(no check in will be permitted outside of this timeframe Friday, due to the workload of setting up the show.

Saturday 5.sept
07:30 - 9:00 Check in
9:30 - 9:45 Briefing for judges and book stewards
10:00 Judging starts
Aprox 13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 17:00 Judging continues
We will halt the judging of purebreeds and Pet Class during Saturday for the finals in the Childrens Pet Class. A more exact time for the halt will be announced at a later date.
19:00 - Dinner is served at Motell Svinesundsparken

Sunday:
9:30 Judging commences
12:30 - Breeders groups
13:00 - (at the latest) Finals for Pet class and Purebreeds start

A final shedule for times will be published after entres close and the number of pigs have been tallied

NB: NMK is a smal club with a few very dedicated members. No matter how much we try, we can not be hands on in all tasks this weekend. We will therefore need your assistance in setting up, stewarding, books stewarding and so on during the show. All participants are encouraged to volunteer for specific tasks during the weekend AND not to depart before the show has been packed up <3
